5 rosii
3 oua
1 lingura unt
1 lingura ulei
1 lingura pesmet
1 varf de cutit nucsoara
sare
piper

Pestele se curata, se spala, se fierbe pe jumatate si se taie bucati de marime potrvita.
Rosiile se decojesc, se taie feliute si se inabusa in ulei. Dupa ce au devenit ca o pasta se lasa sa se raceasca si se amesteca cu pestele si ouale batute.
Compozitia se potriveste de sare si piper, se pune intr-o forma unsa cu unt si presarata cu pesmet si se fierbe pe baie de aburi 20 de minute.
