2 fileuri de cod
5-6 linguri pesmet
5 linguri parmezan ras
80 gr pesto
ulei de masline
piper negru, proaspat macinat

Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius.
Amestecati bine pesmetul cu parmezan, pesto, 15 ml ulei de masline si un praf de piper.
Ungeti o tava de copt cu ulei de masline si asezati in ea fileurile de cod cu pielea in jos.
Intindeti amestecul de pesmet peste fileuri.
Dati la cuptor 20 de minute si porniti functia grill in ultimele 5 minute, ca sa se rumeneasca crusta si sa devina crocanta.

Mod de servire: 
Se serveste cu garnitura doriti.
