pasta de tomate 2 linguri
vin negru 0,400 kg
sare, piper macinat dupa gust

Se curata crapul, se spala si se taie bucati. Se sareaza si se pune intr-o tava cu ulei. Se ung cu ulei si bucatile de peste. Se da la cuptor. Cand pestele s-a rumenit se adauga vin negru, piper macinat, pasta de bulion subtiata cu vin negru. Se lasa sa dea bine in clocot. Se scoate din cuptor, se lasa sa se raceasca si se aranjeaza pe un platou. Se poate garnisi cu ciuperci umplute sau inabusite.
