File de cod cu legume si smantana

1 kg de cod
400 grame varza de Bruxelles
1 buchet brocoli
1 morcov
200 grame smantana
1 lingurita faina
1 lingurita margarina
2 lamai
50 grame hrean ras
sare, piper
1 lingura sos soia

Pestele se transeaza, se asaza intr-un vas, se adauga lamaia curatata de coaja si taiata cuburi, ½ din margarina, sare, piper, si se inabusa 7 minute. Legumele curatate, spalate (morcovul taiat in felii lungi) se fierb in putina apa timp de 10 minute, apoi se toarna sosul format din margarina topita, in care se adauga faina, apoi smantana, ½ din hrean, sare, piper, sos de soia. Pestele se fierbe impreuna cu legumele inca 10 minute. In farfurie se asaza intai legumele, apoi pestele.
Se decoreaza cu felii de lamaie si hrean si se serveste cald.
