File de crap in aluat de bere

pentru 4 portii
650g file de crap,
150g de faina,
2 oua,
150ml bere,
2 linguri de ulei,
sare,
piper

Fileurile de crap se taie in bucati. Se amesteca intr-un castron ouale, faina, berea, uleiul, sare si piperul pana se obtine aluatul de bere.

Se ia o tigae si se incinge o lingura de ulei. Se sareaza si se pipereaza pestele. Se tavaleste prin aluat si se prajeste in aprox. 5 minute pana se rumeneste pe fiecare parte.

Se serveste alaturi de o portie de orez cu bobul lung sau cartofi prajiti cu patrunjel verde tocat deasupra.
