Halibut cu salsa Pico de Gallo

1 fille de halibut, potrivit de sare si piper
1-2 rosii mici, taiate in cubulete
1/4 ceapa medie, tocata marunt
ulei de masline
zeama de la 1/2 lime
1 lingurita coriandru proaspat, maruntit bine
sare
piper negru
1 buc. ardei rosu mic, fara seminte si maruntit
chipsuri tortilla pentru servire (optional)

Pune rosiile intr-un bol, impreuna cu ceapa, coriandrul si ardeiul maruntit.
Presara piper si sare si stropeste cu zeama de lime. Amesteca si lasa totul la marinat cel putin 15 minute.
Incinge o tigaie non-aderenta si pune in ea 1-2 linguri de ulei de masline.
Se pune bucata de peste in tigaia incinsa si se prajeste pe ambele parti. E gata in cateva minute.
Transfera pestele intr-o farfurie, acopera-l cu salsa Pico de Gallo din bol, apoi stropeste-l cu foarte putina zeama de lime.
