Pastrav in sos picant cu naut

2 pastravi mari
2 cepe rosii
2 linguri ulei + 1/2 ceasca ulei pentru prajit pestele
2 catei usturoi
2 lingurite zahar brun
400 g pulpa de rosii
1 lingurita pasta de harissa
400 g naut – conserva
1/2 lingurita turmeric
1/4 lingurita scortisoara
150 ml supa legume / supa de pui
4 linguri faina
sare
piper
patrunjel verde/coriandru

Calim in 2 linguri ulei incins ceapa tocata fin, apoi adaugam zaharul si usturoiul si lasam pe foc la calit inca 4-5 minute.
Stingem cu rosiile pasate si pasta de harissa si fierbem alte 3 minute. Adaugam nautul, turmeric, scortisoara, sare, piper si supa si lasam sa fiarba alte 10 minute.
Tavalim pastravul prin faina, apoi il prajim usor pe fiecare parte in jur de 3 minute.Preincalzim cuptorul la 200°C.
Punem intr-un vas termorezistent sosul de rosii picant cu naut si pestele.Dam totul la cuptor pentru 15-20 minute, apoi scoatem si mancam pestele imediat.
