Somon cu sos de mustar si sirop de artar

4 bucati de somon
1/3 cana sirop de artar fara zahar
½ cana de apa
1 lingura de mustar Dijon
2 catei de usturoi pisati
¼ lingurita de sare

Intr-o tigaie de teflon combinati siropul, apa, mustarul, usturoiul si sarea si fierbeti pana ajungeti la jumatate. Lasati la racit.

Intr-un vas cu abur, aranjati somon-ul apoi adaugati uleiul si sarea. Bupa 6 minute incepeti sa adaugati sosul si mai lasati inca 4 minute.

Mod de servire: 
Se serveste cald cu ce garnitura preferati.
