Maioneza – 500 g

File de stavrid sau sardea – 400 g

Hrean – 100 g

Zahar si sare – dupa gust

Fileul de peste se taie marunt. Maioneza se amesteca cu sare , zahar si hreanul ras fin. Se adauga tocatura de peste si se amesteca bine pentru uniformizare. Acest sos se foloseste la preparate din peste.
