Midii sau scoici – 40 de buc

Maioneza – 400 g

File de ansoa – 8 buc

Castraveti murati – 2 buc

Sare – dupa gust

Midiile se fierb 6 minute in apa cat sa le acopere, apoi se racesc si se taie felii, la fel ca si fileurilie de ansoa. Castravetii se curata de coaja si seminte si se toaca marunt. Maioneza se amesteca cu midiile fileurile de ansoa si castravetii. Se foloseste la preparate din peste, crustacee si moluste.
