5 felii de morun
250 g ciuperci
2 linguri de unt
o ceapa
o lingurita de faina
un pahar de vin
patrunjel verde tocat
sare
piper
1/2 pahar apa

Se aleg ciuperci mai mici, se spala si se pun cu o lingura de unt sa fiarba inabusite in apa ce o lasa ele. Se pun feliile de morun cu ceapa tocata intr-o cratita cu o lingura de unt, pe foc mic, sa se inabuse, acoperite cu capac, pana incep a se rumeni, apoi se adauga faina, vinul, apa, sare, piper si patrunjel verde tocat si se fierb pana scade apa.

Mod de servire: 
Se aranjeaza pe o farfurie mare feliile de peste, ciupercile si se serveste.
