Ton in sos de usturoi

doua rosii mari
200 gr ton conservat in apa
o lingura de oregano uscat
o ceapa mica
o lingura cu ulei de masline
un catel de usturoi, tocat

Se pune ceapa si uleiul intr-o tigaie si se inabuseste la foc mediu timp de 2- 3 minute, pana cand ceapa prinde o culoare aurie. Apoi se adauga rosiile decojite, curatate de samburi si pasate, si usturoiul. Tonul se amesteca cu oregano si se adauga in tigaie si se mai prepara 5 minute la foc mediu.

Mod de servire: 
Dupa ce se raceste se poate servi cu garnitura dupa preferinta.
